Location: Geeksville		 People say it’s hard to write about oneself, infact this is quite true. It’s awkard writing things about yourself. For those who really want to know me, this blog certainly won’t be enough. Those who know me in real life can best describe who I really am. For those who are just interested in knowing the bits and peices, heres a bit of boring stuff I put together. I’ll be updating it as I deem appropriate. :)

Professionally: I’m a fulltime businessman. I own and operate a small sized business called Reyox Communications. Reyox Communications (www.reyox.com) which for the past 7 years has been a leading Internet Hosting company and I hope to take it to the highest of heights imaginable. My business interests include Finance, Marketing and IT. Lastly, I am a Masters in Business Administration with a major in Marketing.

Aside from my professional side: I’m a fun loving person. I like solitude and meditation. I enjoy sports such as swimming, cricket, boxing, WRC and formula one. My hobbies include anime, manga, listening to music, reading & writing poetry, writing fiction, car tuning, performance modifications and restoration, gadgets, gizmos and geeky toys. And most of all, I simply love Anime! Lastly I also love reading, I love spending some quiet time with a good P.G. Wodehouse novel (who is my favorite author). Currently I’m working on a novel which I hope to send to a publisher soon!

Family and other stuff: I come from a highly educated and academic family in Pakistan. My grandparents (from my father’s side) were business people from India and my grandparents (from my mother’s side) are echelons of literary society. My grandfather being one of the most recognized journalists of his time served as Chief Editor of the Dawn newspaper for over 25 years and my grandmother being a famous Urdu Language novel author has written several popular novels, many of them for children. My father runs a furniture business called “Woodsmith” which supplies high qualitiy furniture of all kinds to retail outlets in Pakistan and my mother is a Ph.D, currently teaching in the University of Karachi, where she also heads the Area Study Centre for Europe. My (only) brother is a successful corporate banker currently employed at Mashreq Bank (UAE). Thats all for my immediate family. I recently got married to my college girlfriend. I also believe in strong friendships, so I have several close friends in my circle. Lastly, I believe all you have at the end of the day are family and some close friends, best to enjoy time together as much as possible.

I hope to retire by the time I’m 45 and my business becomes a multinational empire. Then I want to spend time travelling to every part of the world, writing novels and meeting and understanding people from all sorts of cultures.
