ClickStrat is an AI consultancy for mid-sized companies. We work with teams of 100 to 1000 people who have run pilots before and want the next build to reach production. Our work covers three areas: agentic transformation, second brains, and deterministic automation.

How we are set up

We work with a small number of clients at a time, on a retained basis, with senior people doing the actual building. There is no bench of juniors learning on your budget, and no handover to a delivery team you have never met. The people in the first conversation are the people who write the code.
