Agentic transformation

Agents that carry out real work across your systems, with your people in control of the decisions that matter. We start with one process, prove it in production, then widen.

One process
Proven in production before we widen the scope
Human control
Approval steps wherever the risk sits
Your stack
Built against the systems you already run

Where it fits

Many steps, many systems, some judgement

Claims handling, order exceptions, supplier onboarding, customer queries that touch three systems before anyone can answer.

  • Happens often enough to matter
  • Rules cover most of it, judgement covers the rest
  • Someone currently does it by hand

How we build it

Map reality, then automate one slice

We map the process as it actually runs, not as the manual describes it. Then we build against your live systems with approval gates wherever money or risk moves.

  • Evaluation set from real historic cases
  • Your stack, your permissions, week one
  • Widen scope only after it holds in production

What you get

A running agent, and the proof it works

Deployed and handling live cases, with the evaluation harness that shows how it behaves and monitoring your team can read.

  • The agent, in production
  • The eval set, owned by you
  • Runbooks and a trained owner

When an agent is the right answer

Agents earn their place when a task spans several systems, happens often, and needs judgement a simple rule cannot capture. If the work is a straight line with fixed rules, deterministic automation is cheaper and safer. If the real problem is that nobody can find the right information, you need a second brain first. We will tell you which of the three you are actually looking at.

What ships with the agent

An agent on its own is a liability. These three things are what make it something your team can actually run.

Approval gates

A person decides wherever money or risk moves. The gates sit where the risk actually is, not on everything.

Evaluation harness

Real cases with known outcomes, scored before and after every change. The set is yours to keep.

Monitoring and escalation

What it did, why it did it, and a clear path for the cases it should not touch.
