Second brains
Your policies, contracts, project history and know-how, made searchable and reliable. Answers come back with a source, so people can check them.
Knowledge that lives in two people's heads
Teams losing hours to finding things. New starters asking the same questions. Policies that exist in six versions across three drives.
- Policies, contracts, SOPs, project history
- Answers people currently wait days for
- Anything an agent will later need to read
Start from the questions, not the documents
We collect the questions people actually ask, build retrieval to answer them with sources shown, and score it before anyone calls it done.
- Question set written with your team
- Permissions mirror your existing groups
- Accuracy measured, then improved
Answers with receipts
A knowledge layer your team queries in plain language, every answer pointing at the document behind it, with a scored accuracy baseline you own.
- The searchable layer, in production
- The question set and scorecard
- An API your future agents can call
Why this usually comes first
An agent is only as good as what it knows. Point one at scattered drives, out of date policies and three versions of the same contract template, and it will answer confidently and wrongly. Building the knowledge layer first is less exciting than building agents. It is also the reason the agents end up working.
